We stuck around town this year for the 4th and had a great time.
This is our neighborhood parade... I was so lucky to be chosen as one of the banner carriers. It was my parade debut.

Jason enjoyed the fireworks so much this year he ended up going back to get more.
Jake is sufficiently scared of fireworks and wouldn't even do a sparkler.
Our friend Amy joined us. She made the most delicious cookies.
As per our tradition, we sat on our roof to watch the Sandy City show. It was a sweet moment to be up there as a little family. I was reminded how blessed our family is.
