We spent the weekend at the cabin and had a fabulous time. Thursday before we left, I took Syd to the dr. to find out she had strep (even though the lab said the test was negative the day before), ear infections, and bacterial pink eye. She was a walking infestation ... poor girl. But the cabin offered sleep and lots of movie watching.
And SLEDDING. Syd was really excited to sled. No, we aren't over protective parents, we are taking her skiing for the first time next week and got her some equipment that we wanted to try out.

The driveway is a perfect place to sled! Jake and I were also there, just didn't get any camera time. Grandma, grandpa, and uncle Nate also hid well from the lens. Wahoo for the cabin!
